My name is Magdalena and I was born and raised in Oslo, I have always been interested in animals and have had everything from lizard to a blue tit. Also I have two teenagers and a Parson Russell terrier with the name Viggo and also my daughter has a Chihuahua named Pepsi.

I got my first Sphynx in 2005 and since then, I've been captured. The Sphynx is a very special cat by all means, it seeks contact and demands a lot of attention so it's important to have time for it and a buddy of it's own kind is preferable so it won't feel alone. The Sphynx also need more maintenance than a hairy cat, it needs bathing regularly and ears and claws also needs attention. Some Sphynx has to be bathed once a week while others more seldom, it depends on the skin and how greasy it is. When we bath, we have our quality-time at our place. It is really time for cuddling and if they behave, they might get an extra treat. Maybe bathing isn't that bad? My Sphynx loves to wear clothes when it's cold outside. It is really odd to dress a cat that even likes it. It is almost like having a baby again :)

So to all of you that wants a really special cat, I recommend the Sphynx from the bottom of my Hart.
